It is easy to jump over the 5-star review, but in our case what Kelly did was above and beyond what any other agent is tasked to do. If only there was a way to give Kelly 10 out of 5 stars! Kelly worked with us on purchasing a home. We had several restrictions, Kelly helped tailor search results based on what we were looking for. She did a fantastic job scheduling several home visits over multiple weekends with a detailed readout before each home visit. She helped us well after the home purchase itself, going above and beyond, working with contractors to fix issues that came up in the inspection report. Kelly was extremely responsive during the entire process and is never late in responding to messages or phone calls. She has been an absolute pleasure to work with and we recommend her highly.

It’s been years since I’ve sold a home and rules and disclosure requirements have changed. First Kelly suggested easy changes to make my home show well. Then she brought me comps to help select the list price and wrote an accurate, appealing listing description. She suggested a couple of inspections to be completed before the house was put on the market. She guided me through the numerous steps and the process was stress free. We moved our family from Minnesota to California and I feel so lucky that Kelly answered the telephone the day I called to get information on a property we were interested in seeing.
